This project centers on the idea of cinematic scripts of five characters.

The Site is divided into the five phases of film. Each phase / zone has its own characteristics, implied in program and structure. The formal aesthetic of the building and site are determined by the scripting paths.
Introductory hook: Entrance
Back-story: Parking, open pedestrian ramp
Rising Action: Raised covered open patios, cafes, lockers
Climax: Enclosed building
Denouement: Ramp down to ferry
